I really like the idea of Cleo having an infatuation with rain. She has been through so much in her lifetime and tries so hard to stay strong and maintain the expectations of others as well as her own. I feel like this comes at the expense of her personality and makes her seem like more of an uncaring ghoul than she really is. I think she feels like she just has no other choice, it’s easier that way. But when the rain falls, she can fall too; she can let her guard down and just enjoy the cool healing power of the water, something she never got to do all those years in the desert.
